Chapter Nine

on what we know best and that is the love of food where we greatly bond as family. There and then in our own kitchen with just few equipments and our own knowledge and passion in cooking and baking, Chapter Nine was born on July 31. We brainstormed on what would be the base products on our menu and came up with Cookies, Crinkles and Loaves and in the near future we will add other pastries that would entice all great Foodies out there. We made teasers before we finally started our business to tickle the curiosity of our target markets and with our personal social media accounts we made sure to charm our way in as means of our marketing efforts and it sure did, the moment we started taking orders we vowed to give freebies to our first 50 customers and that would be something that's not part of their order to make sure they get to taste some of our other pastries. Our primary mission is to provide pastry products that would pacify their cravings making sure to that you'll indulge without any guilt that will make you take one more bite after the other and poof! You've just devoured an entire box of our freshly baked with love pastries! We envision that we'll be able to start a small cafe or a patisserie that would cater to everyone who loves to spoil themselves with baked goods. We'd like to incorporate some of the healthy choices and unconventional flavours on our menu. Our must try! Lemon cookies : if you're a fan of the ever famous Sagada Lemon Pie this treat is for you! Chewy and tangy with a zing of lemon zest topped with white chocolate! Choco Oat Cookies : This ain't just your classic choc-chip cookies. We incorporated rolled oats and kessen the sugar to make it guilt free every time you nibble on it! Raisin Oat Cookies : some y'all hate raisins but what better way to love it is to make it into a healthy cookie. With less sugar we allow the raisins to do its magic and allow its natural flavour to seep right in to the cookie! Ube White Chocolate Crinkles
