School Program Implementation Review and Plan Adjustment Held
October 7, 2025

Morales Elementary School conducted its 3rd Quarter School Program Implementation Review and Plan Adjustment (SPIRPA) on October 7, 2025, attended by the BLGU officials, specifically Kagawad Junard Manansala, ma'am Connie Domider representative of Brgy. Captain Hon. Dims Belocura Floro, parents, SELG officers, and teachers. The activity aimed to review the school’s accomplishments, assess ongoing programs, and plan necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes and strengthen school-community partnerships.

The school, headed by ma'am Maria Josephine A. Pleños was so thankful to the participants for their active participation and sharing their valuable insights and recommendations to address challenges and sustain progress. The collaboration among stakeholders highlighted their shared commitment to providing quality education and ensuring the holistic development of all learners.

Sama-samang Hakbang Tungo sa Kaunlaran

Sa ginanap na School Program Implementation Review and Plan Adjustment (SIRPA) nagtipon-tipon ang mga g**o, magulang, representate mula sa BLGU at iba pang stakeholders upang pag-usapan ang tagumpay at hamon ng mga programa ng paaralan. Masusing tinalakay ang mga datos at karanasan upang makabuo ng mas epektibong plano na magpapabuti sa kalidad ng edukasyon. Ang mga magulang ay nagbahagi ng kanilang pananaw at suhestiyon na lubos namang ikinalulugod ni Dr. Richard Moral Jr. ,EPS, representate mula sa Korondal City Division. Lubos naman na nagpapasalamat ang punong g**o ng paaralan na si Gng. Maria Josephine Pleños at mga g**o dahil sa mga pangakong tulong na ipinahayag ng mga representate mula sa Baranagay Council na sina Hon. JUnard Manansala, Hon. Marben S. Omo at Hon. Alexander G. Alexander Genovatin Guyos Rrt .

Sa pagtatapos ng talakayan, naging malinaw ang pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan para sa tagumpay ng bawat programa. Ang mga konkretong plano ay naihanda, ngunit higit sa lahat, ang diwa ng kolaborasyon ay nangibabaw. Sa tulong ng bawat isa, tiyak na makakamit ang layuning mabigyan ang bawat mag-aaral ng mas maliwanag na kinabukasan.
