Synopsis:
Isang misteryosong dalaga ang nakatakdang manahin ang pagka-manananggal ng kanyang minamahal na ina. Mahigpit mang nakakubli ang kaniyang masalimuot at madugong buhay, mahahati ang lahat nang alukin siya ng kaniyang kasintahan ng kasal.

(A mysterious young lady is set to turn into a manananggal, a curse that her beloved mother will pass on to her. Her bloody and dreadful life is a well-kept secret not until her lover seeks her hand in marriage, almost tearing everything apart.)
