Dear Parents and Guardians:

In the light of the news about the local transmission of the Covid-19 in our midst, Aklan Learning Center and Aklan Valley High School will suspend the distribution of distance learning kits for a period of one week, starting September 10 up to 16. The distribution schedule for ALC will resume on September 21, 2020.

This one-week period will enable the school to perform general disinfection procedures of all its facilities, as well as to heed the advice of our medical frontliners to avoid going out to minimize the spread of the virus among its stakeholders.
Furthermore, this one-week lull in the physical distribution of learning kits will be employed by the AVHS faculty in fully exploring the conduct of synchronous/asynchronous online classes via the EduLearn Learning Management System. Inputs from them will then be made as a basis for the adoption of this mode to our ALC learners.
