is to establish, operate, and maintain a professional boxing club dedicated to the promotion, development, and advancement of the sport of boxing in the Philippines and abroad. In line with this, the Corporation shall:
1. Provide training, coaching, and development programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to professional, aimed at enhancing boxing techniques, physical
fitness, mental discipline, and overall
athletic performance.
2. Organize, sponsor, and participate in local, national, and international boxing competitions, tournaments, exhibitions, and related events to showcase and advance the talents of its members.
3. Promote values of discipline, sportsmanship, respect, and camaraderie among members and the wider community, fostering personal growth and social responsibility.
4. Conduct self-defense and personal safety programs designed to empower individuals with the skills and confidence to protect themselves while promoting health and wellness.
5. Engage in community outreach initiatives, particularly youth engagement programs, to encourage positive lifestyles, reduce delinquency, and inspire future generations through the discipline of boxing.
6. Collaborate with sports associations, educational institutions, corporate partners, and government agencies to promote the sport and create opportunities for growth and recognition at both the amateur and professional levels.
7. Acquire, lease, construct, and maintain facilities, equipment, and resources necessary for the conduct of boxing training, competitions, and related activities, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Corporation shall have and exercise all powers conferred by law upon corporations, as may be necessary, convenient, or incidental to the accomplishment of its purposes and objectives, provided that the same shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
