**📢 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: 𝗡𝗢 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗡𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝟬𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱**

In light of the continuing effects of "Typhoon Tino" and to allow students and their families to focus on clean-up and recovery efforts, please be informed that there will be NO NSTP CLASS on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

NSTP students are encouraged to assist their family and relatives in cleaning and restoring their homes and surroundings during this period. This activity aligns with the NSTP’s commitment to community service and civic responsibility.

Regular NSTP classes and activities will resume on the next scheduled session.

​In light of the effects of Typhoon Tino and to allow for necessary campus clean-up operations, the institution will shift to an asynchronous Work-From-Home (WFH) setup for all personnel and students on November 6 and 7, 2025.
​This directive applies to the Main Campus and all Extension Campuses.

​𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦:

​𝟭. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹
​Setup: Shift to WFH Asynchronous. No face-to-face classes will be conducted.
​Instruction: Kindly provide students with a simple and short task to be submitted next week. This is required for the AWA attachment.

​𝟮. 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 (𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿)
​Setup: Skeletal Workforce on the Main Campus; all others will work remotely via the WFH setup.
​Assignment: Office Heads are responsible for designating personnel who must report onsite.

​𝟯. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹
​Status: Must report onsite or monitor remotely as dictated by operational necessity.
​Attendance: Personnel reporting onsite are required to use the biometrics system for attendance.

​Due to the latest PAGASA update on Tropical Storm Tino, the university is immediately shifting to a Work-From-Home (WFH) asynchronous setup for all faculty, staff, and classes, effective November 3, 2025.

​𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

- ​Teaching Personnel: All face-to-face classes are suspended. Please transition to a WFH asynchronous arrangement and inform your students immediately.

- ​Non-Teaching Personnel: The WFH arrangement is now in effect.

- ​Job Order (Field Work) & Essential Personnel: You have the option to report on-site or monitor remotely as appropriate. Those reporting on-site must use the biometrics system for attendance.

​This directive applies to all extension campuses.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:​ This announcement will be superseded if an official suspension is issued by the Local Government Units (LGU's).
