The University of Southern Mindanao, through the University Information and Communication Technology Office (UICTO), is pleased to announce that students can now add and update their Awards and Trainings records directly through the Student Portal.

Awards Tab
Record your academic, leadership, athletic, and other notable achievements.

Trainings Tab
Document seminars, workshops, webinars, conferences, and other training programs you have completed.

How to Access

1. Login to One USM.
2. Click Student Portal.
3. Navigate to Profile.
4. Select either the Awards or Trainings tab.
5. Click the Add button located at the upper-right corner of the page.
6. Enter the required information and save your record.

Keeping your awards and training records updated helps maintain a more comprehensive student profile and supports future academic, scholarship, leadership, and employment opportunities.
