It has reached to our attention that one of our competitors are spreading FAKE NEWS that we have stopped our operation, in order for them to pirate or gain our subscribers. Please be advised that unless it is not stated or posted on our official fb page rumors like that are considered hoax or false!

Last January 18-21 we have tansferred our main server and have done some rewiring as part of our preventive maintenance which resulted to lost of internet connection to some our subscribers. We would like to apologize for that. Rest assured those who are affected would receive rebates.

Lastly to our valued subscribers who have been with us since we started until today, thank you very much our heart is full of gratitude for your loyalty with us even we have our lapses. We will continue to improve and serve you better!

NETWORK ADVISORY!

To our valued subscribers, please be advised that the town of Pavia is currently experiencing power interruption due to scheduled maintenance of NGCP. This interruption affects the main equipment of our internet service provider (PLDT) which resulted to no internet service at the moment. We have no idea yet of the restoration time, but hoping to have it the soonest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To our valued subscribers our main ISP has detected fiber break between Legazpi and Naga as of 9:19am affecting the wired and wireless services, because of this Visayas is one of the affected areas please expect slowed internet connection. As per advisory they are currently working to locate and assess the fault damage. Please see photo below for further information.

For those who are asking thru our FB messenger with regards to slowed internet, we apologize but we cannot read and reply to each of your complaints as we are also affected by this issue.
