The Minagbag HS joined the Municipality of Quezon in celebrating the Quezon day today. The said celebration started with a Tree Planting Activity held at Sitio Namnama which was attended by Ma'am Marietta C. Regino, the School Head and Mrs. Marianne Jane O. Galay, the YES-O Coordinator. After the Tree Planting they joined the Floral Offering along with other school heads and municipal officials at the Bantayog ni Pangulong Quezon.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | Aspiring neophyte writers showcase their skills in writing as they participate in the School-Based Press Conference held yesterday.
All interested students from Grade 7-10 curriculum joined in the scheduled writing contests conducted at the school library. It is to select contestants for the Division Schools Press Conference Eliminations set on February 23.
They contend on different categories specifically Editorial Cartooning, Feature and Column Writing, Editorial Writing, News Writing, Copy Reading and Headline Writing and Sports Writing, all in both English and Filipino medium.
Winners will go through coaching to enhance their skills and to prepare them for the next competition.

LD5 Athletic Meet: Pascual sn**ch gold, Aramon finishes with bronze
Muddy track and scorching heat did not hinder Aldryl Jay B. Pascual, Grade 10 student of Minagbag High School, to finish and clinch gold in the 3,000 meter run during the Legislative District 5 Athletic Meet held at San Manuel, Isabela.
In a breathtaking display of endurance and speed, Pascual proved that he has the physical power and strategic intelligence on the track. Crossing the finish line with a burst of speed, he did not only secure the gold medal but the admiration of the crowd who witnessed his determination and focus on display.
Meanwhile, Shane F. Aramon, Grade 8 student, finished the 800 meter run with a bronze medal.
In a post race interview, Aramon credited her success in the rigorous training and unwavering support of coaches and team mates and her deep seated passion for the sport.
Their victory stands as a testament to the countless hours of dedication poured into refining skills and honing physical fitness.

In line with DepEd's commitment to produce job-ready, active and responsible citizens through strengthening literacy programs, Minagbag High School students engaged in various reading activities during the month-long celebration of the National Reading Month.
Among these activities are the Classroom level Read-A-Thon, where volunteer learners retell stories for 10-15 minutes during their English/Filipino Class, Poster Making, Dugtungang Pagbasa, Share a book Drive, and others.
Students also participated in the Araw ng Pagbasa Challenge, or the Nationwide Synchronized Reading at 9:00 am on November 28.
Furthermore, they also performed reading related activities like Sabayang Pagbasa, Spoken Poetry, and Poetry Recitation during the culmination of the said program.
The National Reading Month which is observed annually during the month of November, aims to foster love for reading among learners and enhance their understanding of reading and literacy as pivotal in cultivating critical thinking.
Ultimately, reading is a lifelong skill essential for personal growth and success in various aspects of life.
