ISABEL PNP INITIATES ANTI-BULLYING, DRUG AWARENESS SCHOOL VISITATION CAMPAIGN

The Isabel Philippine National Police (PNP) conducted a school visitation at Matlang National High School (MNHS) on June 23, 2026, to coordinate an upcoming anti-bullying and drug awareness symposium aimed at promoting a safer school environment.

The visitation was organized to lay the groundwork for a student-friendly campus by equipping learners with essential knowledge to avoid illegal drugs and understand the harmful effects of bullying.

In an interview, Police Lieutenant (PLT.) Llaneta emphasized the importance of proactive awareness in maintaining campus safety, especially in light of recent incidents affecting schools.

"Our priority is to ensure that students are fully aware of the effects of bullying and illegal drug use and to make sure that no one brings harmful objects or weapons into the school," PLT. Llaneta said.

The upcoming symposium is part of a collaborative effort between local law enforcement authorities and school administrators to strengthen campus security and safeguard student welfare.
