The local government units of Infanta, Real, and General Nakar have officially announced the strict implementation of the National Building Code of the Philippines regarding Architectural Plans.

🔴 ONLY REGISTERED AND LICENSED ARCHITECTS can prepare, sign, and seal Architectural Plans. No other professionals are authorized to do so.

This regulation ensures that all buildings and structures comply with national safety and design standards. If you are planning to build or renovate, make sure your Architectural Plans are prepared, signed, and sealed exclusively by a licensed Architect to avoid delays and legal issues with your permit application.
