Araw ng Kagitingan: A Tribute to Valor

Observed every April 9, Araw ng Kagitingan honors the bravery of Filipino and American soldiers during World War II. It commemorates the Fall of Bataan and the tragic Bataan Death March, symbolizing courage amid hardship.

More than a remembrance, it is a reminder of the enduring heroism and patriotism of the Filipino people. 🇵🇭

| In observance of Holy Week and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 issued by Malacañang, all campuses of Southern Luzon State University will suspend office operations and academic activities on April 2 (Maundy Thursday) and April 3 (Good Friday), both regular holidays, as well as on April 4 (Black Saturday), a special non-working holiday.
