HOW TO USE:
*Spray a small amount of water, setting spay on the on the spoolie .
* spin the spoolie in into the brow soap.
*Brush the spoolie into your brows using small strokes in the direction that you want your hairs to stand.
*when slightly dry glide your brows upward using your fingers to set you brows permanent
*Use a brow pencil or powder to add fullness to the brows if desire .
