📌 Position Details
• Position Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist
• Number of Openings: 3
• Work Location: Brgy. Santolan, Malabon City
• Target Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Full-time

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented and willing to do field and client-based work
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may be considered
• Preferred: Female applicants

💼 Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Promote and sell the company’s fuel and petroleum products and services
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Conduct market research and provide sales and marketing insights
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events

💰 Compensation
• Starting Salary: ₱23,000 per month
• Commission & Client Incentives (performance-based)
