We ensure that all items are in good condition and properly checked and packaged by our checkers before the shipment. Minor or Removable Stains on White Garments/Material Products are not subject for replacement. We also don't accept size changes, so make sure to check on the sizes details and pick the ones that you think fits you. In case of Damage items, please send us an email with an attached picture of the item at [email protected] within 2 days after you received the items.
