This subject focuses on developing mathematical concepts and problem solving skills which are useful in daily situations such as measurement, time and money management. LIFE SKILLS and COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION (Wednesdays)
This subject aims to enhance skills for independent functioning in terms of personal hygiene, sanitation, safety and social interaction. This also focuses on training students to better adapt to people and participate in community settings. Active collaboration between the student’s family, therapists and the teachers are needed to ensure achievement of these goals. PREVOCATION AND WORK SKILLS TRAINING (Thursdays and Fridays)
This is an elective subject focusing on developing work behaviors and skills. The student with his/her family will choose a specific area for training based on his/her skills and interest.
