Submission of Renewed Passports for Regular Workers
With Valid Contracts for CCVI Renewal

As per instruction by EPS Korea, EPS Regular Workers who have renewed their passports and with contracts still valid/not cancelled are instructed to present/submit the following documents to the Government Placement Branch (GPB) personally or thru an authorized representative:

a. Original renewed passport
b. Colored photocopy
c. Photocopy of the previous/old passport indicated in the SPAS Account
d. PH registration number

Said documents will be forwarded to HRDKorea for the purpose of CCVI renewal.
