Just like white crayons that highlights the beauty of every color, our teachers strive to emphasize the beauty of life through their encouragements and words of wisdom. Bringing out the potentials and skills of an individual has always been a rigorous task, yet for the teachers it was a never a task but a passion-driven commitment. Just like white crayons that made artworks realistic, teachers continue to help us open our eyes to the realities of the society and the world itself. However, just like white crayons, the essence of teachers hasn't been paid much attention. Aside from their inadequate salaries specifically here in the Philippines, they face challenges like heavy workloads that includes a lot of documents to be submitted regularly. Despite of those challenges, they continue to teach through their hearts undergo professional development to keep up with the paradigm shifts by modifying their learning strategies.
