You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Psalm 23:5-6
The condition of your spirit affects the way you see everything around you. If your spirit is not right, kahit kulay lang ng kurtina ng Church will offend you.

Kalmahan mo lang.
The best reaction to an offense is calmness.
Not everyone can remain calm while being misunderstood, accused, insulted, or hurt.
When emotions rise, people often speak carelessly, act impulsively, and create bigger conflict or deeper wounds than the original offense itself.
But a calm heart chooses control over chaos. It refuses to let anger take over wisdom.
Being calm does not mean the offense did not hurt you. It simply means you decided not to let hurt control your response.
Anyone can react harshly or lose control when offended, but it takes maturity to stay composed when emotions are pushing you to fight back.
Calmness protects your peace. Not every offense deserves your energy, and not every disrespect deserves a battle.
There is strength in staying composed when you have every reason to be angry. Many people think power is found in loud reactions, harsh words, or instant retaliation. But true strength is the ability to control yourself even when misunderstood, accused, insulted, or hurt.

Some people think you are doing fine simply because you are still functioning.
They only see the calm and composed version of you, but never your sleepless nights, your overthinking, and the battles happening inside your mind.
They don’t see your mental struggles while still trying to stay strong for everyone around you.
You continue to show up, fulfill your responsibilities, and carry heavy burdens in secret and silence, often because you don’t want to become a burden to others.
My friend, if you are reading this right now, I pray that God renews your strength in the places no one sees. May He meet you in your quiet battles and remind you that you are not alone in carrying what feels too heavy for one heart.
You may not have the words to explain everything you are going through, but Heaven understands every silent tear.
May God calm the noise in your mind, steady your heart, and may strength rise again within you; slowly, gently, but surely, until you realize you are still standing, still held, and still being carried through.

May dahilan kung bakit may mga laban at kabigatan.
The enemy rarely fights what has no purpose. It does not waste energy attacking what poses no threat to its plans.
You have a calling. You have a purpose.
Many of the battles we face are not random; they are often connected to the calling and potential God placed within us.
Calling attracts spiritual warfare.
Great purpose often faces great battles.
A person who prays, grows, heals, and obeys God becomes dangerous to the enemy’s plans.
The enemy attacks what could bring light, healing, freedom, and influence to others.
The enemy’s goal is to make you stop before you fully become who God called you to be.
Do not be intimidated by the battle around you. The enemy may fight your purpose, but he cannot overpower the God who placed that purpose within you. What God has ordained will prevail in His perfect time.
