An Independence Day Exhibit Celebrating Artistic Freedom and Creative Expression

📌 ELIGIBILITY
Open to all artists and creatives of any gender, aged 18 and above, residing in the Philippines
✅ No participation fee required
🎖 Digital Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all participants

🎨 THEME & MEDIUM
🆓 Open theme — express your unique vision and creative freedom
🖌️ Any traditional style and medium (paintings, drawings, mixed media, sculpture)
🚫 No digital art, photography, glass, or fragile materials

🖼 ARTWORK DETAILS
🔢 Up to 3 artworks per artist
📏 Size limit:
• 2D works – Max 16" x 16"
• Sculptures – Max 12” in height & base diameter
🪝 Hanging provisions required for all wall-hung pieces (hooks, wires, or D-rings)
✅ Must be created in 2024 or later and not part of any current exhibit lock-in
✨ All works must be fully dried, polished, and ready for display
