To ensure a smooth start to the First Semester AY 2025–2026, the following temporary policies will be implemented 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓:

𝟏. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬
First-year students and transferees will be allowed to enter the campus and access services without official university ID cards, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐈𝐀𝐒 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫.

𝟐. 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
These students are exempt from wearing the prescribed university uniform during this transition period, which will last 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

To support the implementation of these temporary policies, campus security personnel are directed to verify students' enrollment status through the printed form before allowing entry to university premises. Accordingly, the uniform exemption is strictly applicable only within the specified period.

Given the hazards posed by continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, and in reference to Memorandum Circular No. 90 s. 2025 issued by Malacañang, work in all Partido State University (ParSU) campuses is hereby 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

All are advised to secure their offices, undertake necessary emergency preparedness measures, and remain informed by reading official emails, announcements, or advisories from the official FB account (ParSU Info Page) and other government and legitimate sources.
