HPZ Engineering and Allied Services is looking for two talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Engineers. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have industry experience, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects.

Position 1: Female Field Engineer (No Experience Required)

Qualifications:

BS Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent
Achiever in school (Top academic performance)
No work experience required
Willing to relocate to any site across the Philippines
Position 2: Male Field Engineer (1-Year Experience Required)

Qualifications:

BS Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry (Experience in hydropower plant projects is preferred but not required)
Willing to work on various sites in the Philippines
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in site supervision, ensuring the project is executed according to plans and specifications
Collaborate with the project team and contractors to ensure smooth operations on site
Participate in regular site inspections and coordinate quality control efforts
Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues as they arise
