Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a dedicated VA to support a busy Transaction Coordinator in managing the day-to-day operations of real estate transactions from contract to close.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing real estate transactions from contract to closing
Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies
Track contract deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted on time
Maintain CRM and transaction management systems (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, Trello, etc.)
Prepare transaction files, disclosures, and compliance checklists
Send email updates and reminders to stakeholders
Provide calendar management and email support to the Transaction Coordinator
✅ Ideal Candidate:
1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant in real estate
Knowledge of real estate documents, timelines, and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, CRM platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Self-starter with strong time-management skills
