DOST‑PCAARRD‑ISU‑ATBI proudly celebrates the victory of 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮, 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝗗𝘆𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼, and 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗮, its On‑The‑Job trainees from the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, who secured 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿‑𝘂𝗽 in the 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱: 𝗜𝗦𝗨 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁‑𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 held on April 22, 2026 at De Venecia Hall, ISU‑Echague, during the Student’s Festival 2026.
Through their training at ISU‑ATBI, the students were able to transform the humble Kamote crop into a leveled‑up dipping sauce that excellently pairs with different dishes. This became the innovative product they proudly pitched during the competition.
This milestone highlight how the interventions of DOST‑PCAARRD‑ISU‑ATBI, through mentorship, training, and access to facilities empower young entrepreneurs to transform ideas into market‑ready innovations.

𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗘, 𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗔 — Innovation, resilience, and entrepreneurial excellence took center stage as 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁, composed of 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and active members of the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗬𝗘𝗦) under the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗕𝗔𝗣𝗔), secured the 1𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 during the 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱: 𝗜𝗦𝗨 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝗨𝗽 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 2026, held on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 22, 2026 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) at 𝗗𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, as part of the contested activities in celebration of 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀’ 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 2026,
Organized by the 𝗜𝗦𝗨-𝗘𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 and powered by 𝗜𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦𝗦 under the 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, the competition gathered the university’s most promising student innovators in a rigorous, multi-phase startup accelerator. Out of 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, Innovest emerged as one of the top-performing teams, demonstrating exceptional market readiness, innovation, and business viability.
The 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 is more than a competition—it is a transformative entrepreneurial journey. Through the 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, participating teams underwent intensive training covering problem identification, customer validation, solution design, prototyping, business modeling, marketing, finance, and pitch development. This structured pipeline ensured that each venture progressed from concept to a validated Minimum Viable Product (MVP) before facing the final pitch stage.
𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 exemplified this process, successfully developing a Certified Practice Venture recognized for its real-world impact and innovation. Their achievement reflects not only a strong business concept but also disciplined ex*****on and strategic thinking honed through global-standard technopreneurship frameworks.
The team is composed of 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮, 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗶𝘁, 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗶ñ𝗼, 𝗗𝘆𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼, 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗮 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻. As BS Entrepreneurship students and members of YES, they embody the spirit of student-led innovation and enterprise development within CBAPA.
Notably, 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻 distinguished herself further as the 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 of the 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, highlighting her exceptional performance and leadership throughout the intensive entrepreneurship training
They were mentored by 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝘀𝗼𝗻, a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 and 𝗜𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦𝗦 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, and guided academically by 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗵 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗼, their Business Plan professor from the Department of Entrepreneurship.

In addition, their outstanding achievement will be formally honored during the university’s 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗶 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹 on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 24, 2026, where the team will be awarded a plaque of recognition—a testament to their excellence, dedication, and contribution to innovation within the university.
After days of rigorous venture-building, intense ideation, and applying world-class entrepreneurial frameworks, Innovest has proven that CBAPA talent stands at the forefront of innovation. Their journey reflects the university’s mission to transform academic knowledge into impactful, market-driven solutions.

The 𝗜𝗦𝗨-𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗖𝗩𝗦𝗥𝗥𝗖) proudly announces the renewal of its 𝗙𝗗𝗔 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗟𝗧𝗢) for the Meat Processing Center, valid for 3 years.
This renewal covers the continued operation of our meat processing facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA standards on food safety, hygiene and quality assurance. Beyond benefiting ISU, the LTO also supports local farmers, entrepreneurs, students, and communities by providing them access to our processing services, thereby strengthening the livestock value chain in the region. Furthermore, it promotes the Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator (ATBI) program by offering incubatees a compliant facility for product development, training, and market readiness.
