Some customers have asked us why our chubby bottles are not filled to the brim with our Bonbon and Whimsicle Shampoo and Conditioner, so we thought we might as well explain here. 💗

In the Bonbon and Whimsicle packaging, it says that each bottle contains 250ml formulation. Now why isn’t the bottle full? It’s because we’re actually using 400ml bottles, so it can contain the 400ml formulation from the refill packs that we intend to release soon.
