On behalf of DGLD We would like to ask greater understanding. As much as possible we were trying to attend your needs in a humane manner. Due to lack of personnel this time of pandemic and rushed flip of events I hope you have the capacity to grasp the sense of understanding. We were trying our best to comply your needs. But upon the agreement undertaken by the client we do not render on the day service to assist you. Unless it is verbally requested on the side of the client.

Coordinators should be mindful of their words. Upon the release of the items we see to it that those released items are fully checked and complete. It is our outmost duty to complete the said item before leaving the premises of dgld. The unfortunate movement of the date of event is taken responsibility by the couple to inform us ahead of time. Rush releases of the items will be possible but according to strictly checking up the item before taking it out. We may have lapses on our part but you have the responsibility to check all the items on hand prior the event.

This time of pandemic we do all have our needs and necessities to cope. Do not take all the blames on our behalf, Do not single us out. We have all the responsibility to do so.
