What began as a journey filled with uncertainty has now taken flight. After six months of pushing limits, embracing discomfort, and choosing growth, our MTP 2025 graduates have emerged transformed.

They’ve faced obstacles, shattered doubts, and stepped into their own strength. With sharpened wings built on perseverance and purpose, they are now ready to lead with heart, courage, and conviction.

This ceremony was more than a celebration—it was a tribute to their resilience, and a send-off into the skies they were meant to conquer.

LRSI-DSD Assertive Communication Skills Workshop | May 27, 2025

"Being assertive means choosing honesty over silence, clarity over confusion."

This workshop was more than just a learning experience—it became a platform for building clear, respectful, and confident communication. Through interactive exercises, guided reflections, and open dialogue, participants explored how assertiveness helps individuals to express their thoughts confidently and handle conflict effectively, empowering them to apply these skills in real-life situations.

We appreciate all the DSD participants who actively engaged and contributed to a supportive and thoughtful atmosphere. May this experience inspire continued efforts towards building healthier, confident communication in everyday interactions.
