NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The City Government of Davao shall extend the Enhanced Community Quarantine over the entire area of Davao City on the basis of the National Government’s Inter-Agency Task Force for Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) Resolution No. 8 dated April 23, 2020, a copy of which the City Government was able to secure last night.

The pertinent provision of the IATF resolution is as follows:

B. The imposition of ECQ in the following high-risk administrative regions, provinces, or areas, until May 15, 2020;

3. The Provinces of Davao Del Norte and Davao De Oro*, and Davao City.

The ECQ in Davao City will be implemented as Executive Orders 23, 23-A, and 23-B remain effective until 15 May 2020 or until lifted.
