VOTING TIMELINE

* START: April 2, 2026 (Tuesday) | 8:00 AM
* END: April 6, 2026 (Monday) | 5:00 PM (Votes outside this window will NOT be counted!)

THE "HEART" SYSTEM

* Only HEART (Love) reactions will be counted.
* Likes, Care, Wow, and other reactions are appreciated but WILL NOT contribute to the final score.

THE DON’TS (Strict Prohibitions)

* NO BOTS / AUTO-REACTIONS: The use of third-party apps or automated scripts to inflate counts is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
* NO BOUGHT VOTES: Any evidence of paid boosting or "click farms" will be investigated.
* NO DUBIOUS ACCOUNTS: Sudden surges from fake or inactive accounts will be flagged for technical review.

DISQUALIFICATION & MONITORING

The CBPA-SG Mr. & Ms. CBPA 2026 Committee will be strictly monitoring the reaction growth for every candidate. Anyone found utilizing bots or auto-reactions—whether by the candidate or a third party—will face AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION from this award.

GRIEVANCES & COMPLAINTS

To maintain the integrity of the search, any concerns, complaints, or grievances regarding potential violations by a candidate will be entertained. These must be submitted via a formal written communication letter addressed to the Vice President for Internal Affairs (VPIA) for proper review and action.
