Daet Municipal Nutrition Program

On May 13, 2026, a formal monitoring and evaluation activity was conducted to assess the implementation of Local Level Plans and adherence to established protocols. The evaluation team, composed of members from the Provincial Nutrition Evaluation Team, visited and assessed the performance and compliance of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Daet. Leading the local efforts and subject to this evaluation was the Municipal Nutrition Action Officer (MNAO), Ms. Anita P. Auro.

This activity aimed to measure the progress, efficiency, and effectiveness of local nutrition programs and plans being executed at the municipal level. Through a thorough review of documents, validation of activities, and assessment of operational protocols, the team evaluated how well planned interventions are being translated into action and whether these align with provincial standards and goals. The findings from this monitoring exercise will serve as a vital basis for recognizing good practices, identifying gaps, and formulating necessary adjustments or technical assistance to further strengthen nutrition governance and service delivery in the municipality.
