𝐂𝐯𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲

Cvsians from various programs celebrated National Bible Day on January 28, 2025, with a film viewing and reflective activities held at the Concepcion Vocational School (CVS) Conference Room.

The event was attended by students from Animal Production Swine Batch 2025, Diploma in Agricultural Technology 22-A and 23-B, and on-the-job trainees from Dominican College of Tarlac and Pampanga State Agricultural University. This activity, organized in compliance with Republic Act No. 11163, known as the National Bible Day Act, was spearheaded by Engr. Bryan Jake B. Castro, Student Council Organization (SCO) Adviser, with the support of SCO officers.

The centerpiece of the event was the screening of the film The Bible, which presented key biblical stories and their teachings. Following the screening, students were tasked with writing reflection papers to express their thoughts and insights. To assess their understanding, participants also completed a Google Form quiz related to the movie.

The CVS ORACLE editorial staff documented the celebration, capturing the event's highlights and moments of reflection.

The program concluded with the participants expressing appreciation for the meaningful activity, emphasizing the importance of faith in their personal and academic lives. The celebration served as a reminder of the value of spirituality and its role in education.

On January 28, 2025, Tuesday, the Grade 12 Prosperity students of Sta. Juliana Senior High School under the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track with a specialization in Animal Production held their Work Immersion Presentation. The event marked the culmination of their 80-hour work immersion experience at TESDA Concepcion Vocational School, showcasing the knowledge, skills, and insights they had gained throughout their training.

The students presented their learnings through a PowerPoint presentation that highlighted various activities undertaken during their immersion. These activities demonstrated the practical application of their coursework and the competencies they had developed in the field of animal production. The presentation stood as a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the invaluable experiences they acquired during their time at TESDA.

After the presentation, the students paid tribute to their instructors at TESDA Concepcion Vocational School through a heartfelt performance. They sang the song "Glowing Inside" by Nikki Gil, dedicating it to their mentors who guided and supported them throughout their journey. This performance served as an expression of gratitude for the mentorship and encouragement provided by the TESDA faculty.

This event not only marked a significant milestone in the educational journey of the Grade 12 Prosperity students but also strengthened the bond between the learners and their instructors. Through this meaningful occasion, the students celebrated their achievements and expressed their deep appreciation for the guidance they received during their work immersion experience.

Cvsians, including Diploma in Agricultural Technology (DAT) students from batches 22-A, 23-B, 24-C, Work Immersion students of Holy Cross Colleges Inc., faculty, and administrative staff, gathered on the CVS grounds on Dec. 20, 2024, at 7:30 AM for the much-anticipated Year-End Party, fostering fellowship and celebrating another successful year.

𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 12, 2024

CVS supports the nationwide call to end violence against women through active participation in the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW. This initiative, led by CVS Gender and Development (GAD) focal person Sir Carlos D. Mola, included students, faculty, administrative staff, and immersion trainees from Holy Cross Colleges Inc. The campaign ran from November 25 to December 12, culminating in a vibrant program on December 12 at 9:00 AM.

At Concepcion Vocational School, we stand united against violence towards women. Together, we are promoting a culture of respect, empowerment, and support for survivors.

" 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 25, 2024, marks the start of our 18-day campaign to stop 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻. We began during the flag ceremony at Concepcion Vocational School, coming 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 to 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, and 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 the safety and rights of every woman and child. Together, we work to end violence and build a future of respect and equality."

The activity was spearheaded by CVS Vocational School Administrator, Dr. Consolacion A. Talisik, and included students from Diploma in Agricultural Technology batches 22-A, 23-B, and 24-C. The goal was to encourage environmental responsibility among the CVSIANS by planting windbreak tree species around the area.

The tree planting event served not only as a contribution to environmental conservation but also as a hands-on learning experience for students, particularly those in the agriculture program. Under the guidance of faculty members and administrative staff, students participated in planting various windbreak trees, selected to enhance the natural barriers around the campus.

By the end of the hour, numerous saplings had been successfully planted, adding both aesthetic and functional value to the school environment.

These dedicated professionals do more than just teach; they guide, inspire, and support. They are the heart of our school, helping students grow in creativity, strength, and technical skills. Whether through hands-on lessons or personal guidance, our teachers(trainers) make sure every student gains not only useful skills but also the confidence to succeed in their chosen careers.
