Among the topics discussed were the preparations for the upcoming Fire Square Roadshow, the intensification of Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Operational Readiness, Site Inspection, and Troop Evaluation (ORSITE), reminders on the station’s do’s and don’ts, and the importance of regular physical activities to promote the overall wellness, health, and fitness of all personnel.

The meeting also emphasized discipline, teamwork, and professionalism as essential values in ensuring efficient emergency response and the continuous delivery of quality public service. Through our localized “Gulayan sa Estasyon” program, firefighters maximize available spaces within the fire station by cultivating vegetables and fruit-bearing plants. This initiative promotes food security, encourages sustainable urban gardening, and inspires the community to grow their own food.
