Dr. John Patrick L. Arcite is an Instructor III at the Teacher Education Department of Davao de Oro State College – New Bataan Branch, where he teaches major and professional education courses in the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) program. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management from Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. in June 2025, graduating with Latin honors in recognition of his academic excellence and significant research contributions.

His professional interests focus on educational management and administration, curriculum and instruction, social sciences and community extension initiatives. As an educator, he is committed to promoting quality instruction, teacher empowerment, and transformative learning experiences that equip future educators with the competencies needed in the 21st-century learning environment.

Driven by excellence, leadership, and service, Dr. Arcite is a published author that actively participates in research initiatives, extension programs, and professional development activities
that support the advancement of education and the formation of competent, innovative, and values-oriented educators.
