[π—‘π—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘π—”π—Ÿ π—©π—’π—Ÿπ—¨π—‘π—§π—˜π—˜π—₯𝗦 𝗠𝗒𝗑𝗧𝗛] Davao de Oro State College joins the nationwide observance of National Volunteers Month, an annual celebration held every December under Proclamation No. 55, s. 1998.

This year’s theme, β€œVolunteerism for Inclusive Development: Empowering Communities Toward a Just and Resilient Future,” places emphasis on building communities that thrive through collective action and shared responsibility.

At Davao de Oro State College, volunteerism remains a cornerstone of its public service commitment. Through the Extension Services Division, the College implements a range of initiatives, including livelihood and skills development training, community outreach programs, and environmental conservation efforts.

[𝗒π—₯π—”π—‘π—šπ—˜ 𝗬𝗒𝗨π—₯ 𝗙π—₯π—œπ——π—”π—¬π—¦] In line with the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW), all faculty, staff, and students across all campuses are encouraged to join the Orange Your Fridays initiative by wearing any orange accessory or clothing accent.

This simple gesture serves as a symbol of our collective commitment to ending VAW and promoting a safer, more inclusive community.

DdOSCians, from November 25, 2025, to December 12, 2025, let us collectively add a touch of orange to our Friday attire in support of this meaningful cause.
