To cater to visitors' needs and queries, the tourism office has taken a commendable step by opening its doors on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 and 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. This initiative aims to provide enhanced convenience and accessibility for tourists seeking information and assistance during weekend visits.

Join us! in the celebration of the Philippines' Earth Day, National Literature Month and National Food Month 2024 with the “Kabataan Para sa Kinaiyahan” Program. Engage in a Fun Run (Dagan para sa Kinaiyahan), Tree Planting-servicing, and Clean-up Drive Activity on April 30, 2024 Tuesday @ 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maragusan Municipal Cultural Center (Assembly Area) to Tagbibinta Mountain Resort, Barangay Coronobe, Maragusan Davao de Oro.
Contests includes;
1. HALAL Food Cooking Competition
2. Dish Garden Making Contest
3. Short Story Writing Contest (Myth and Legend of the Rafflesia)
4. Phonetography Contest

The Local Government Unit of Maragusan joins in celebrating the festivities and proudly brings the flavorful pride of the municipality. The Buwan ng Kalutong Pilipino is a month-long celebration that aims to engage the youth in shaping the future of Philippine culinary heritage and gastronomy and to promote and preserve culinary traditions while supporting local agricultural communities and fisherfolks.

The LGU of Maragusan invites everyone to embrace the flavors of Maragusan's culture and take a journey through the vibrant flavors of our cuisine. Let your taste buds explore and ignite your passion for our culinary heritage.

The Local Government Unit of Maragusan is under the leadership of 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙤 𝙅. 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤, and the Municipal Tourism Development and Management Office, headed by Sir 𝘿𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙨 𝘽.
