✓ We do not accept reservations, cancellations, returns, and/or exchange.

✓ We only do meet-ups within Angeles City (in public establishments like malls or restaurants) which we will announce on our Facebook wall. Occasionally, we might do out-of-town meet-ups which will also be announced. Requests for separate meet-ups will require a handling fee, amount depends on the venue.
✓ Although we recommend full payment, we only require at least 75% down-payment before we push through with your order/s. The rest can be paid before we ship out your item/s.
✓ Payments should be settled within 3 days after you receive your invoice. If the customer fails to do so, the order/s will be cancelled.
✓ DO NOT send payment before we confirm your orders.
✓ NO ORDER FORM, NO TRANSACTION. We will not acknowledge orders submitted via SMS, PM or comments.
