Job Description:
✓ Monday-Friday
✓ Proactive admin support to CEO and Executive Team
✓ Email/Calendar management and prioritization
✓ Document creation and management
✓ Project coordination and management
✓ Executive researching and reporting
✓ Ad hoc admin tasks

Requirements:
✓ 2+ years as VA, admin, and/or exec assistant
✓ Excellent researching and compelling writing skills
✓ Proactive probing and problem-solving skills
✓ Exceptional customer service skills
✓ Experience in using Google and other cloud tools
✓ Experience in HubSpot and Marketing is a plus!

Although it's controversial, I have to agree. Recently, we viewed Linked IN groups only to find group members all following the same strategy: post an article, attach a picture, and create a link back to their companies' website.
