Heavy denim, thick sweaters, belts, and shoes can easily add 1 to 3 pounds to the scale. To keep your results completely accurate and fair to your progress, make sure to wear the exact same lightweight outfit (or style of clothing) that you wore for your starting weigh-in.

For the lowest and most accurate reading, step on the scale right after you wake up and use the bathroom, but before you eat breakfast or drink any water.
Food and liquids can cause your weight to fluctuate by a few pounds throughout the day. Catch your body at its baseline so you can see your true progress! 📉✨
