Today, I wanted to share this beautiful video of Dr Joe Dispenza from the Youtube Channel Free Thinkers, all credit to them.

It's about overcoming to be someone else. If you are not in the present moment, you are in your usual program, the known or that sweet spot. Step out of the usual, overcome your body, overcome your predictable future, and you will be in the present, the creation itself - the habit of being present.

On energy, vibration, and frequency.

To get to where we want we have to raise our frequency to that level we want to go. To do that, you got to be thinking about that frequency. If nothing is created or destroyed, that means it is already here, if not in one state, certainly in another.

How do we do that? To go up, you got to have a committed decision to go there. Do it regardless it's convenient for you or not. Your mind and heart would be a factor. Our hearts will always want us to go further or higher. Don’t forget to ask yourself, how did I get to this point or frequency. Learn from it, there are lessons there on how we are moving from one to the other. Use that and see yourself moving up to a higher one. By doing this, you are actually raising your level of conscious awareness. Familiar? When you are aware and decided to be committed to it, mentally you are there and you will attract everything on that frequency you wanted to be. You can go higher and higher, there is no end to it, no end. Assume that you're doing it, you are there and everything is aligned. Then move.

Concentrate on the thoughts or moods which you deliberately determine on the things you see yourself doing and make it real in your mind.

Choose to make it a day of firsts.

The first day is usually an exciting time! It’s the time we can start fresh - a clean slate. Time for new and fresh experiences. Firsts are a good time to release all the excess badges behind and move forward. Let us be the vessel that we are meant to be. Vessel of positivity, hope, and abundance.

So start again this 1st day of the month. You have an empty and clean page to write something, so write an epic one!
