The sharpest adoption question was not about licenses.

It was about usage:

“How many people on your team actually used it for real work this week instead of stopping after a one-time try?”

That is the better health check.

A launch can make usage look good for one day. A demo can make everyone curious for one hour.

Real adoption shows up when someone reaches for the AI-assisted version while doing the job: writing the client follow-up, preparing the report, searching the file, summarizing the meeting, checking the next action.

If nobody comes back to it during real work, the rollout is still mostly theater.

Usage has to survive the normal week.

If your team has Google Workspace licenses but needs real AI adoption, the next step is in the first comment.

One line from the Banyan Legion Sales Track learning cuts through the usual AI debate:

“The debate is not AI or not AI. It is: have you started your journey?”

That is a better question for business leaders.

Not because every company needs to automate everything today. Most should not.

But because waiting for the perfect AI plan usually means the team learns nothing while the work keeps piling up.

Start smaller.

Pick one team. Pick one workflow. Let people use Gemini or Gemini in Google Workspace on work they already recognize. Then watch what happens: where they trust it, where they ignore it, where the process breaks, and where a human still needs to approve.

That first read is more useful than another abstract AI meeting.

If your team is starting its Google Workspace and Gemini adoption journey, the next step is in the first comment.

One of the event learnings from Banyan Legion 2026 that made a strong strategic point:

“Agentic AI is no longer about prompts and chatbots.”

That changes the work.

A chatbot answers when someone asks. An agentic workflow has triggers, context, owners, approvals, and limits. It knows when to draft, when to route, when to stop, and when a human needs to decide.

That is why the hard part is not picking another AI tool.

The hard part is deciding how the team should operate when AI can help plan, prepare, summarize, route, and draft parts of the work.

The companies that get value from this will not treat agentic AI as a side experiment.

They will redesign one workflow at a time.

If agentic workplace transformation is on your roadmap, the partner conversation starts in the first comment.
