Day Shift ( Fixed Sat-Sun Off ) On-Site
Remuneration:
P 19,000 to 20, 000.00 with BPO OUTBOUND OR HARD SELLING experience
+ P 2, 000.00 ALLOWANCE pro-rated per day of attendance
++Commission***
With P650/day Training Allowance
GC worth PHP 500.00 when endorsed to Probationary

Job Responsibilities:
* Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products.
* Answering questions about products or the company.
* Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Qualifications:
* With at least 3 months of Outbound Sales Experience
* At least College level
* Excellent English communication skills
* Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Outlook
* With at least 30wpm (net speed)
* Assertive. Confident. Aggressive
* Good work ethics
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
* Willing to work in Cebu IT Park - on site

REQUIREMENTS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations specified in the management of Team Leaders and sales reps.
 Mediate and carry out duties and functions as provided by the Site Manager toward Team Leaders
 Convey essential decisions to the Team Leaders as required by the Site Manager

 College Degree holder
 Experienced in managing sales people in an outbound sales call center environment
 With coaching/teaching capabilities
 With at least three (3) years of managerial exposure relevant to the job
 Excellent verbal communication
 Strong leadership skills
 People person

 Salary: P30-35K gross per month
