Job Summary
We are looking for aspiring & enthusiastic virtual assistants to help our team with varied administrative and research related tasks for our Real Estate, Property Management Clientele & General Type of Businesses. We are aggressively expanding our company, so our ideal candidate would be a zealous general administrative task, tech-savvy, quick learner and a great multi-tasker.

Job Requirements
With at least 2 years of experience in BPO, ESL, Virtual assistance, Property Management/Real Estate.
Excellent in English, both spoken and written
Organized & Self-drivenWilling to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shifts

Technical
A Reliable working laptop unit with good battery condition and we**am, with at least 8gb RAM and For Windows/Apple, at least Intel Core i3 (10th Gen) or Core i5 (7th Gen) processor or higher while Apple MacBook, at least M1 2020
Reliable primary internet connection
Back-up internet connection (pocket WIFI or prepaid WIFI with different network from primary internet)
Contingency location in case of power outage
Noise Cancelling Headset

Lives within 1 hour travel time to Cebu, Bacolod, and Davao City.
