MEN'S HEALTH MONTH 2026 | Philippine Navy joins the observance of Men’s Health Month, advancing men’s health through strengthened efforts on physical fitness, mental wellness, and care among its sailors, marines, and civilian human resource.
We continue to promote healthy lifestyles, regular medical consultations, and resilience-building programs to sustain a fit and mission-ready force.
