Filinvest Land reported ₱3.64B in net income for 9M 2025, up 5% from last year, driven by a 9% increase in revenues to ₱20.08B. This was supported by the strength of our mass-market housing and condo projects in Visayas, Mindanao, and balance Luzon; the impact of targeted RFO programs in NCR; improving occupancy and new tenant sign-ups in our office portfolio; and the continued strong performance of our retail segment led by Festival Mall Alabang. Our industrial segment also contributed through lot sales and leasing of ready-built factory units.

With these solid topline gains, EBITDA also grew 9% to ₱9.01B, reflecting our disciplined approach to cost management and operational efficiency.

As the real estate sector shows signs of recovery, we remain committed to optimizing our residential portfolio, supporting our office tenants, building momentum in retail with new malls opening in Mimosa Leisure Estate and Cubao, and diversifying our revenue base.
