Limited engine power and worn out intercooler assembly.

✅Diagnosis findings include the mass airflow sensor and intercooler correlation malfunction.
✅Excessive air leak found at upper right portion of the intercooler assembly.
✅Replaced OEM Ford mass airflow sensor.
✅Replaced OEM Ford intercooler assembly.
✅Already reset the existing fault codes and performed live data stream.

Customer complaint the high RPM and frequent fluctuation of idle.

Findings include the short circuit in Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) sensor and burnt portion on ECU.

✅Already replaced new IACV sensor.
✅Repaired the ECU.
✅Reset the check engine indicator light.
✅Back again to its normal state.
