Kadungan sang selebrasyon ang pag-elect sang bag-o nga set of officers sang chapter kag ang napilian sang mga miyembro amo si Kagawad Mabayag bilang Chairman kaupod sang iban niya nga mga opisyales.

Amon gid ginapasalamatan ang konseho sang Barangay Mambugsay sa pagpamuno ni Kapitan Alquim sa suporta sang sini nga hilikuton.
