Qualification:
• At least with ROTC training.
• Knowledge of public safety and security protocols.
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Knowledge of First Aid.
• Good listening, verbal and written communications skills.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Superior.

*BACKHOE OPERATOR*
Qualification:
• At least High School Diploma
• At least one-year related work experience.
• NCII recommended
• Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance including tire pressure, checking oil and water levels.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and/ or maintenance.
• Work well independently
• Open and transparent communication
• Willing to assign anywhere in Northern Samar
