Settle the outstanding balance from the previous account before proceeding with the new application.

3. If the House was Already Sold to a New Owner
REQUIREMENT:
*Notarized Deed of Sale*

4. Generic Address (e.g., Compound, Purok, or Zone)
REQUIREMENT:
*Barangay Residency Certificate*

*Proof of Billing (POB) Guidelines*
✔ Lazada / Shopee Waybill
Name and Address must match exactly with the application details.

✔ Statement of Account (SOA)
Only the actual *SOA* is accepted as *valid* POB. Receipt is NOT accepted.
