Eyes here, Future Student Leaders! The Office of Student Services and Development formally announces the schedule for the election of College and Supreme Student Councils.

If you have desires to serve your fellow students, prepare now to run for student government positions.

Requirements:

FOR SSC PRESIDENT:
• He/She must be a third year or a graduating college student in the university
• He/She must have an experience in holding major or critical positions in student organizations or College Student Councils.
• He/She must be a Filipino citizen.
• With a General Weighted Average (GWA) of not lower than 2.0 in College per semester since first year and with no failing and/or incomplete grades during immediately preceding semester.
• With good moral character.
• With no pending civil/criminal cases.
• Must be free from holding any position in other student organizations.

FOR SSC VICE-PRESIDENT:
• One is not a graduating student of any degree course.
• He/She must have an experience in holding major or critical positions in student organizations or College Student Councils.
• He/She must be a Filipino citizen.
• With a General Weighted Average (GWA) of not lower than 2.0 in College per semester since first year and with no failing and/or incomplete grades during immediately preceding semester.
• With good moral character.
• With no pending civil/criminal cases.
• Must be free from holding any position in other student organizations.

FOR SSC SENATORS:
• One must have at least 1 year residency in the university
• One must have an experience in holding critical positions in student organizations or College Student Councils.
• One must be a Filipino citizen.
• With a General Weighted Average (GWA) of not lower than 2.0 in college last semester and with a General weighted Average (GWA) of not lower than 85 in High School and Senior High School, likewise, with no failing and/or incomplete grades during immediately preceding semester.
• With good moral character.
• With no pending civil/criminal cases.
• Must be free from holding any position in other student organizations.

*Number of Councilors per college depends on the population of the college. Five (5) councilors for the first one hundred (100) students, and additional one (1) councilor for every excess of two hundred (200) students.
