This July 15, the National Youth Commission (NYC) joins everyone in celebrating World Youth Skills Day. 🧑🏻‍💼🛠️ This day commemorates the importance of fostering our youth’s development in education and employment skills. 📈

We continue our steadfast commitment to pursue the empowerment of our youth. 💪🏼 New modern-day challenges, like digitalization and AI, pose new gaps in bridging the youth to become well-equipped workers in society. 🤓💼

As such, collaboration must be strengthened between employers, policymakers, educational institutions, and most importantly, the Filipino youth. 🤝

We must invest in our youth so we can better invest in our future. 🌏
